Product Description

Cost Effective Mattress Tape Edge Sewing Machine (FB1)

Main application and Performance:
Model FB1 tape edge machine is used to sew up surface and wall cloth of a mattress; It can also be used to sew other similatives, such as soft mattress, soft pads for sofa and sleeping bags. Equipped with a hanging rotary power supply system, the machine can perform a smooth and continuous sewing, or a point-fixed sewing within its sewing track, additionally, sewing speed could by the knee lever.

Technical Feature:
1.Equipped with imported or China-made sewing head according to customers requirement.
2.Hand-controlled lifting table, hand-controlled titling of sewing head.
3.Hand-controlled speed for moving of carriage and sewing, hand-controlled slowdown at corners.
